Our policy is to maintain consistent standards across all of our work. We are currently committed to achieving Investors in People accreditation, and have developed internal standards that exceed the requirements of EN29004-2.

Strict internal process application requires that all projects must be properly overseen and directed by a senior company manager or director. Each team member is allocated to a project team based on the skills required in delivering the outcomes as agreed at the front end.

Our detailed planning of the project work, completed at the front end and signed off by both parties, quickly identifies the phases, tasks and deliverables to be used in successfully completing the project to plan.

Our team briefing methodology ensures that all members are fully au fait with work in progress on a regular basis and a formal Action Log is produced and acted upon throughout the life of the project. We believe that highly accurate Team communication is key in achieving the objectives.
