	A client wanted to broaden its market to the general public but this would mean a larger volume of smaller customers with smaller orders and so more costly to service. Design One introduced an online catalogue with personalisation marketing facilities. This has provided over £40,000 of brand new business with lower fulfilment costs resulting in increased profitability.

	Design One delivered a coordinated campaign consisting of direct mail, advertising, email and website for a client conference and exhibition event. A strategic approach and intelligent use of database and profiling ensured that targets were contacted more appropriately and the budget used very efficiently resulting in a 27% increase in the campaign response rate.  Design One took all activities on board leaving our staff free to concentrate on our core business, membership and customers needs. We now have a great foundation upon which to further capitalise next year.

	A number of clients have benefited from the introduction of one of Design One's EMPower internet modular business communications solutions. In one case, documents were required to be published and available by, and to, a range of private audiences worldwide, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Design One's EMPower File Share module quickly produced significant time savings, improvements in work flow, information management and communication.  Since the introduction of your system we have improved communications in all levels of our business, from the Chief Executive through to all employees.
