Southfields Veterinary Specialists asked us to rebrand their operation following a change in ownership, to project a positive, professional and passionate brand essence. Together, Design One and Southfields embraced this new challenge.
Our tasks included determining Southfields’ values and vision, developing a brand architecture, creating an overarching visual identity and implementing a cohesive communications concept with a forward-looking brand strategy that was both clear and engaging. The envisaged brand needed to provide a powerful visual framework and Design One crafted the various elements of the new brand, ensuring that the different means of communication were relevant to the appropriate audiences.
We introduced a clean impactful new logo that reflected the essence of their offer. Our ‘Huge Difference’ launch campaign was implemented through B2B cross-channel communications. We worked closely with the Vet Professionals and their parent company to ensure we had a clear understanding of what made their target audience tick. The rebrand and ongoing marketing activity have cemented their reputation as one of the region’s top specialist veterinary practices offering a world-class referrals service for pet owners and vet professionals.
The new visual presence has made it possible to strengthen their brand, reinforce the positive changes, allowing them to communicate clearly and effectively with pet owners and referring vets and allowing us to integrate new services simply into their brand structure. Southfields were delighted with our response to their brief and not only have they retained their existing client base, but they have also attracted new veterinary professionals from around the country and will consequently be moving into a new, much larger, state-of-the-art hospital in 2021.
